Corporate Workshops

Group workshops are a great way to show staff that you’re invested in their professional development. Personal branding is a hot topic in the business world these days. It’s talked about as a leadership requirement, but there is little information that can guide someone to creating a personal brand. Helping your employees develop personal brands is good for them and for your company. Here’s why:

  • Well branded employees who talk about your company build trust with your target customer more effectively than typical marketing efforts

  • Stronger, more visible employees attract top talent to your company

  • Improve employee satisfaction

Workshops can include the following topics:

  • Personal branding 101 - What is personal branding and how can it help your career and the company you work for.

  • How to be a brand advocate for your organization - develop your personal brand and use it to talk about the work your company does in a way that attracts customers and attracts other talented people to work there.

  • Developing your personal brand competitive advantage statement - how to make your job title stand out and succinctly explain how you and your role drives the business plan forward.

  • How to have a visible personal brand - when you do great work people should know who you are. I share my playbook for how I overcame my fear and made a strategy for reaching my goals by becoming visible in the organization.

  • Personal brand storytelling - every person has a story. Employees should have 3 -5 stories to best explain how they impact the organization and achieve results. These stories should be shared with their colleagues and customers in order to build trust. Many people struggle with sharing their wins, and storytelling is an effective way to do so without having to brag.

I love running workshops for professional groups or teams of men and women at work. Reach out and let me know what your employees are trying to achieve with their personal brand. I’ll send you an outline and estimate.
